1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ck5444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers, or makes use of the services available at ck5444.org and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, logging in, or engaging with any feature of ck5444 — including sports betting, live casino games, slots, crash games, or any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the platform.

ck5444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page. 3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with ck5444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of any employee of ck5444 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or terminated by ck5444 for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology to disguise or misrepresent your true geographic location.
• You are acting on your own account and using your own funds for all deposits made to the platform.

ck5444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the ck5444 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck5444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any one-time passwords or authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. ck5444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ck5444 customer support immediately at [email protected]. The platform will take all reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of a verified notification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck5444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and selected local bank transfer channels. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit imposed by the platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. For withdrawals above ৳50,000, additional identity verification may be required before processing can be completed.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the requirements of the relevant payment provider. ck5444 does not process withdrawals to payment accounts that are not registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

ck5444 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside our control. You are advised to check your provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ck5444 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which shall form part of this Agreement for the duration of the relevant offer.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds will be classified as restricted funds and may not be withdrawn.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering with real-money funds does not contribute to bonus wagering requirements unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the promotional terms.
• ck5444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit promotions through multi-accounting, coordinated play, or other bonus abuse techniques will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active on your account. Refer to individual promotion terms for applicable limits.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ck5444 platform — including live casino, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules and random number generation (RNG) standards set by the respective provider. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed outcome of a game and the outcome recorded on the ck5444 server, the server record shall be considered final and authoritative. Technical malfunctions, server errors, or communication failures that affect the outcome of a game may result in the voiding of the relevant round and a refund of the stake, at the sole discretion of ck5444.

For sports betting markets, all settlements are made in accordance with the applicable market rules for the relevant sport and event type. ck5444 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by confirmed match-fixing, force majeure, or events where the result cannot be verified with reasonable certainty from official sources such as ICC, FIFA, or the Bangladesh Cricket Board.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the platform.
• Using stolen payment credentials, compromised bank accounts, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that contravenes applicable financial crime laws.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate transaction processed by ck5444.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff or other users of the platform.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account suspension through the use of VPNs, proxies, or alternate accounts.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ck5444 accounts.

9 Responsible Gaming

In no event shall the total cumulative liability of ck5444 to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ck5444 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ck5444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ck5444 or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any such content without the prior written consent of ck5444.

You may not use the ck5444 name, logo, or any associated branding in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or any other public-facing channel — without the explicit written permission of the platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ck5444 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By creating an account and using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

ck5444 employs SSL encryption across all pages and transaction flows to protect your personal and financial data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13 Amendments & Governing Law

ck5444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to registered account holders or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be referred to the ck5444 customer support team for good-faith resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of dispute resolution, with proceedings conducted in English.
